This blog as a means for educators in interior design to discuss their experiences with culture shock, learning to manage classroom and overcome worries, navigating collegial issues, figuring out the “name of the game,” and exploring doubts about their own teaching abilities in order to better navigate the path they are on. In addition, we also hope to provide an opportunity for mentoring to occur helping guide new educators in their journey.
